Compare hair transplant clinics in Turkey

Shortlisting is where most patients lose time. Put two or three clinics next to each other, check rating, review depth, city and price band in one view, then open the full profile of the ones that survive.

Pick 2-3 clinics

Search by clinic or city, then compare ratings, review volume and price bands side by side.

How to use this comparison table

Pick three clinics that are realistically in play for you — same city, or the same travel budget — rather than three names from three different price tiers. Comparing an Istanbul hospital department with a small Ankara polyclinic mostly tells you that they are different businesses, not which one suits your case. Once the three are on screen, read the columns in this order: review volume, rating, city, then price band. Price last, because it is the number most easily reshaped by what a clinic decides to leave out of the quote.

Review volume is the slowest number to fake. A clinic that has accumulated several thousand reviews across many years has been operating continuously and has had time to disappoint people publicly. A clinic with a perfect average and a few dozen reviews may be excellent, or may simply be new. Neither is disqualifying — it changes what you need to verify by other means, such as asking to speak to a past patient from your country or requesting 12-month photos of someone with your Norwood stage and hair calibre.

What the price band does and does not include

The bands shown here reflect typical all-inclusive package pricing reported for each city in 2026: the procedure itself, anaesthesia, the first wash, medication and, in most cases, hotel nights and airport transfers. They are ranges, not quotes. Two things move a real quote inside — or above — its band: graft count and technique. A 2,000-graft frontal case sits near the floor of the band; a 4,500-graft case combining DHI at the hairline with FUE at the crown sits near the ceiling or beyond it.

Watch for quotes that undercut the city band by a wide margin. That gap is usually funded by something: fewer surgeon hours, larger technician teams running several patients in parallel, a session split across two days that is billed as one, or a graft count that is counted generously at extraction. Ask for the price per graft and the maximum grafts in a single session, and compare those two figures rather than the headline package total.

Signals worth more than the table

No directory table can show you the two things that most determine your result: who opens the recipient channels, and how the hairline is designed for your face and future loss pattern. Both are decided in the hour before surgery starts. Use this tool to get from four hundred clinics down to three, then spend your effort on those two questions — in writing, with the clinic's own answer, before any deposit changes hands.

Questions to ask after shortlisting

  • Which steps does the surgeon perform personally — hairline design, incisions, extraction?
  • Is the facility licensed as a hospital, medical centre or polyclinic, and can they show the licence?
  • How many grafts do they plan, and what coverage area and density is that based on?
  • What exactly is in the package, and what is billed separately?
  • What does the graft guarantee cover, and is it written into the contract?

FAQ

What should I compare between hair transplant clinics?

Facility licence, who performs the incisions, technician experience, session size limits, graft guarantee terms and total reviews over time — not just the headline package price. Two clinics with the same price can differ completely in surgeon involvement.

Are Google reviews a reliable signal?

Volume is more informative than the average. A 4.7 rating from 1,800 reviews collected over years is far stronger evidence than a 5.0 from 40 reviews posted in one month. Use reviews to shortlist, then verify the licence and the surgeon.

Is this directory paid to rank clinics?

Rankings on this site are built from public data such as review counts and ratings. Brands can apply for a paid listing, and those placements are labelled — they never change the comparison figures shown in this table.
