Privacy policy
This policy explains how Hair Transplant Clinics handles personal data. It applies to every page on this site, including the English section.
What we collect
Two things only. First, the details you type into our assessment or contact form: name, email, optional phone number, country and your message. Second, standard analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate region, device type and referring source.
Why we collect it
Form data is used to answer your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to suggest suitable clinics. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand which guides are useful and to improve site performance. We do not build advertising profiles from your medical questions.
Who can see it
Your enquiry is read by our editorial team. We only pass your details to a clinic when you explicitly ask us to make an introduction. We never sell contact data, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not request.
Photos you send
If you send photographs of your hair loss, they are treated as sensitive personal data: stored privately, used solely to answer your question and deleted on request or when the enquiry is closed.
Cookies and third parties
We use Google Analytics for traffic measurement and Google AdSense for advertising, both of which set cookies. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to any content on this site.
How long we keep data
Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months so we can follow up and handle complaints, then deleted. Analytics data follows the provider's standard retention window.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. Write to us through the contact page and we will action the request within 30 days.
Security
Data is stored on managed infrastructure with encryption in transit and access limited to the editorial team. No system is perfect, so please avoid sending identity documents or payment details through the form.
