What to include in your message

The more specific your message, the more useful our reply. Four details do most of the work: your age and how long the loss has been progressing, the areas you want covered (front, mid-scalp, crown, or a combination), whether anyone in your family lost hair well beyond your current stage, and the city or travel window you have in mind. If you are already on finasteride or minoxidil, say so — it changes how a clinic will plan around future loss rather than only around today's hairline.

Photos are optional. When people do send them, the ones that help are taken in daylight without flash: front, both temples, top-down and the back of the head with dry, uncombed hair. Wet or gelled hair hides density and makes any estimate less reliable. Please do not send medical records, ID scans or payment details — we do not need them and we would rather not hold them.

What happens after you write

A member of the editorial team reads your message and replies from a human address, usually within one working day. Depending on what you asked, the reply points you to the clinic profiles that match your city and budget, the price page for that city, or the technique explainer that answers the question directly. If a clinic listing is out of date, we check the source and correct the page — corrections are logged and the updated figures appear for everyone, not just the person who reported them.

What we cannot do

We are a directory, not a clinic and not an agency. We do not diagnose hair loss, we do not tell you how many grafts you need, and we do not book, negotiate or take commission on any procedure. Those decisions belong to a licensed physician who has examined your scalp in person. What we can do is show you the verifiable data — licences, review histories, published prices, techniques offered — so that the conversation you have with a clinic starts from facts rather than from a sales script.

For clinics: listing corrections are free and always will be. Paid brand placements are handled through the separate application page and are labelled wherever they appear; they never alter ratings, review counts or ranking order elsewhere on the site.
