These terms explain what Hair Transplant Clinics is, how you may use it, and how we handle personal data, cookies and advertising partners under the GDPR and Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).
1. Scope of this site
This website is an independent directory of hair transplant clinics operating in Turkey. It is an information service only. We do not provide medical advice, do not perform any procedure, do not act as an agency or broker, and take no commission on any treatment you book. Any decision about surgery must be taken with a licensed physician after an in-person or properly conducted remote examination.
2. Accuracy and limitation of liability
Clinic details, ratings, technique availability and price ranges are gathered from public sources and refreshed on a rolling basis. They can change without notice, and figures shown are indicative ranges rather than quotations. We take reasonable care to keep data correct but accept no liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of information published here. Listing on this site is not an endorsement, certification or guarantee of clinical outcome.
3. Acceptable use
You may read, link to and quote short extracts of our pages with attribution. You may not scrape, bulk-copy, republish or resell our datasets, editorial text or listing structure, nor use automated systems that place unreasonable load on the service. Trademarks and clinic names remain the property of their owners and are used descriptively.
4. What personal data we process
If you send a contact or quote request we process the identity and contact details you enter, plus anything you volunteer in the message, for the sole purpose of answering you and, where you explicitly ask us to, forwarding your enquiry to clinics you have selected. Browsing the site generates technical data: IP address, device and browser type, referring page and pages viewed.
5. Legal basis and retention
Enquiry data is processed on the basis of your explicit request (contract / consent). Analytics and advertising cookies are processed on the basis of consent, technical logs on the basis of legitimate interest in operating a secure service. Enquiry records are kept no longer than needed to conclude the correspondence and any legal retention period, then deleted.
6. Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics to measure traffic and Google AdSense to serve advertising. These services set their own cookies and may use device identifiers to show contextual or personalised advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising through Google Ads Settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser without losing access to any content on this site.
7. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with the infrastructure providers needed to run the site (hosting, database, email delivery, analytics and advertising as described above) and, where you request it, with the specific clinic you asked us to contact. Clinics that receive your enquiry become independent controllers of that data and are responsible for their own handling of it.
8. Your rights
Under GDPR and Turkey's KVKK you may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate records, deletion, restriction of processing, and a copy in a portable format, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Requests are answered within the statutory period and free of charge unless manifestly excessive.
9. Clinics: corrections and removals
Clinics may request correction of factual data about themselves — address, licence status, techniques offered, contact channels. We verify each request against the original source. Accurate public review data and rating information cannot be removed on request, and no correction request may be conditioned on advertising spend.
